Room was clean, quiet and the bed was super comfortable - mattress and pillows. Staff were very smiley and friendly and very helpful. There is a luggage storage room which is very secure - can only be entered with a staff member present. There is also a courtesy shower room if you need to change or shower before check-in (after a long flight) or if you have checked out but want to go to the beach should you have time before your flight. There is a nice reception area to wait for taxis etc. Train station is at the top of the road and about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Beach is at the bottom of the road (opposite direction) - also around 5 mins walk. There is an Auchan supermarket nearby too and there is a space in the fridge in the room for your own drinks and snacks.

Kimberley

The location is great especially if you're going without a car rental. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and the casino. Staff was friendly. The hotel gave us a discount (through booking.com) as it was low season and on top of it when we requested a parking spot, they offered one for 8 euros per night instead of 15 which was highly appreciated of course. 24 Hr check in and a 24 Hr small market facing it which is otherwise almost impossible to find in the area.

Good breakfast. Very good location (5 min away from the train station and also from the sea). As a result, excellent starting point to visit local POIs, but also Antibe (30min by foot) or Nice (30 min train) or Monaco (1h train). Good room, with a big terace and a second balcony. Like-new furniture in the bedroom. Working facilities. Working and fast heating system. Cleaning every day! Parking inside the inner yard, however limited. If coming with car, definetely book it!

The receptionist Hoda and Haja were very helpful and kind, they did their utmost to help us with the bags and facilitate our stay at the hotel, the proximity to everything was very good especially very close to the beach and the restaurants where you can easily walk to. the train station is 100 meters away fro the hotel and the private parking was so convenient but please book ahead for your spot because it is limited to 10 cars.
